    YOUR DATA / BUSINESS CONTINUITY

Your data stays yours. Plan the handover before you need one.

Owning business data and owning the software that processes it are different rights. We make that distinction clear so you can plan for growth, an exit or a change of developer.

    01

    Your business data

Customer records, files, brand assets and business content remain yours under our terms. You may request an export under your agreement. The export format, timing, scope, assistance and any fees should be confirmed for the project, especially when several third-party systems are involved.

    02

    If Axiom stops operating

A new provider needs more than a data export: they may also need infrastructure access, configuration, integration credentials and rights to the code. We can agree a project-specific continuity and handover plan in writing. A subscription alone is not a promise of unrestricted source-code transfer.

    03

    Working with another developer

A separate written buyout can establish the rights to project-specific code and a handover scope. Pre-existing Axiom tools and third-party licences still have their own terms. A third party changing the code may also change the scope of any maintenance we can provide.

    04

Questions worth settling at the start

Agree who controls your domain and third-party accounts, what data can be exported, how restoration works, and what documentation a new developer would receive. We record project-specific answers instead of making a one-size-fits-all guarantee.

The English terms govern. Confirm project-specific commitments in writing.
