Going Bigger: Tier 4 Composite Agreements
For companies that run several of our platforms at once, Tier 4 connects complete stacks — a business application, a public website, an ERP — through APIs so they operate as one system, with on-site working time built in. It is a dedicated agreement, not a catalogue tier.
What exactly is a Tier 4 agreement?
A dedicated contract that interconnects several complete stacks through APIs so their data works together, supported by on-site days. The interconnection and on-site presence are what make it Tier 4.
How is it priced?
As the sum of the component stacks plus integration work and included time, with a consolidation advantage for bringing everything under one partner. Rates are set per client in the agreement.
What about hours and on-site days?
The monthly fee includes a defined bucket of development and operations hours (unused hours roll over one month). On-site days are scheduled monthly and do not roll over.
How are large projects paid?
In phases. Each phase has its own price and deadline, agreed in advance — so investment stays predictable instead of arriving as one large invoice at the end.
