A complete retail operating system for a vinyl record store.
Crate Records is a vinyl record store in Kortrijk that needed more than a website — they needed an entire digital infrastructure. From storefront to staff scanner, POS to admin dashboard, we built five distinct interfaces inside a single React codebase. The result is a brutalist, high-contrast platform where every pixel serves a purpose and every interaction is built for speed.

Five interfaces. One codebase.
Storefront, Admin Dashboard, Point of Sale, Kiosk, and Staff App — each with its own layout, navigation, and device-optimised experience. A single React codebase powers completely different UIs for customers, staff, and management.

A full register in the browser
Barcode scanning, split carts, parked sales, client lookup, receipt printing, loyalty card scanning, variant pickers, and admin PIN lock. A complete retail checkout system that runs entirely in the browser — no native app required.
/ Staff App & Smart Scanner
Scan everything. Know everything.
A universal barcode scanner with voice input, photo-based product search, quick-create from scan, batch scanning, stock count workflows, and zone allocation. Staff carry the entire inventory in their pocket.
/ Admin Command Centre
Data-driven decisions at a glance
Customisable widget dashboard with drag-and-reorder, order pipeline Kanban, Google Merchant feed integration, Search Console analytics, AI-powered artist enrichment queue, checkout funnel analytics, and communication logs.

Persistent cart, preorders, flippable 3D gift card designer, discount rules engine, Mollie payments, wishlists, event ticketing, multi-channel sales, shipping management, and automated invoice generation.
