A futuristic digital experience for a wine bar rooted in ritual.
Tjakkie is a boutique wine bar in Kortrijk known for intimate tastings and an experimental approach to natural wine. The brief called for a website that felt as considered as the wine list — dark, editorial, and quietly bold.

Real-time inventory at a glance
A backend dashboard built for speed — tracking bottles, ingredients, and supply levels so the bar never runs dry during service. Every bottle is accounted for with live stock counts, automated low-stock alerts, and historical usage analytics. Staff can update inventory on the fly during busy nights, while managers get a bird's-eye view of purchasing trends, waste tracking, and supplier order history — all from a single, streamlined interface.

Seamless reservation flow
An intuitive booking system that lets guests reserve tables in seconds — with real-time availability, confirmation, and management built into one fluid interface. Guests choose their preferred date, time, and party size through a minimal calendar UI, receive instant confirmation via email, and can modify or cancel with a single tap. On the backend, staff see a live floor plan with table statuses, peak-hour heatmaps, and no-show tracking to optimise seating and reduce idle capacity.

Wat we bouwden voor Tjakkie
Tjakkie is een wijnbar in Kortrijk. Het team wilde dat gasten online een tafel konden boeken en dat het personeel in één oogopslag de zaal en de voorraad kon overzien, zonder papieren lijsten of spreadsheets.
