Flanders Renovation needed a public website to present their services and project portfolio to potential clients, and separately needed a way to track field crews (clock-in/out, GPS location, job status) and manage jobs, invoicing and worker communication, replacing manual/paper-based coordination.
Flanders Renovation is a high-end renovation company in Kortrijk, Belgium, offering interior painting, full home renovation and drywall & plastering. Alongside a marketing site to show their portfolio and attract clients, they needed an internal app for crews to clock in/out, track job locations, and for admins to manage jobs, invoices and messages.
/ The build
Axiom built a connected platform covering a public marketing site (hero, services, portfolio, Instagram strip, contact) editable through a content manager, plus an authenticated worker app for clocking in/out and live location tracking, and an admin console with a live map, job and invoice management, worker accounts, messaging, and a native Android build via Capacitor for field use.
/ The outcome
Flanders Renovation can now present its portfolio and services to clients online while managers get live visibility into crew location and job status, and workers track their shifts from a mobile-friendly app instead of paper timesheets.
