    With many workshops, tastings, group formats and booking options, a traditional catalogue would force visitors to compare too much information before knowing what suited their group.

    Boozehounds Workshops turns finding and booking a cocktail or blending experience into a guided conversation. Instead of placing a chatbot beside a conventional website, the site lets the AI conversation direct the experience itself: every answer builds context, and the surrounding interface changes to match the next decision.

    / The build

    Axiom made the conversation the main interface. The AI concierge remembers each answer and changes the website around the visitor, opening workshop recommendations, comparison choices, availability and booking screens when they become useful.

    / The outcome

    Visitors can move from an open question to a fitting workshop and a concrete booking path without repeating information or navigating a rigid multi-step form.
